Terms of Service

These terms govern your school’s use of the Trips CBT platform. By registering a school, creating an account or sitting an exam through Trips, you agree to them.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Trips CBT you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the school you represent. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

Accounts

School administrators are responsible for the accounts they create, for keeping login details confidential, and for everything done under those accounts. Accounts must not be shared outside your school. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.

School Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate school, class and student information.
  • Make sure you have the right to store the student records you upload.
  • Supervise exams, use the platform lawfully, and follow your examination body’s rules.
  • Decide which staff can create exams and view results, and keep those permissions up to date.
  • Keep devices used for offline exams charged, updated and in working order.

Exam Content

You own the questions, options and materials you upload. You are responsible for their accuracy, for having the right to use them, and for making sure each exam meets your school’s requirements. Trips stores and delivers your content only to run the exams you set up.

Availability

We work to keep Trips available, but the platform is provided “as is” and we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Offline mode is built to keep exams running when connectivity or power fails, and results sync when you are back online. We may pause the service briefly for maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You may stop using Trips at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used to cheat or harm others, or puts the platform at risk. When an account ends, your school’s data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
