Getting Started

Nine steps take you from a brand-new school account to a live exam your students can open on any device — online or offline.

  1. 1

    Register your school

Create the school account with your school name, an administrator email and a password. You become the first administrator.

  2. 2

    Add classes

Create each class or arm, for example JSS 1A or SS 2 Science. Classes keep every subject, student and result tidy.

  3. 3

    Add students

Add students to their class with a name and an admission number. Students do not need an email address to sit an exam.

  4. 4

    Create subjects

Group subjects under each class, such as Mathematics, English and Biology, so teachers find them quickly.

  5. 5

    Create an exam

Open the class and subject, then start a new exam. Set the title, duration and instructions.

  6. 6

    Add questions

Type each question with options A–E and mark the correct answer. Questions are saved to the exam as you go.

  7. 7

    Assign students

Choose which students sit this exam. Only assigned students can open it with the link you share.

  8. 8

    Activate the exam

Activate the exam when you are ready. The timer starts for each student when they begin, and submissions are captured automatically.

  9. 9

    Share the link

Copy the exam link to students on WhatsApp, Telegram or your school portal. Offline students can open it, answer, and sync later.
